Hello, my name is Lexi. I moved to Illinois in 2019 with my boyfriend. I have lived in many different states: Texas, Missouri, Maine, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats. Now, living with my boyfriend, we have a dog named Penelo.

Ever since I was little, I’ve known that I wanted to pursue a career with animals. I am currently attending Rockford Career College to get my associate degree in Veterinary Technology. It has been quite the journey, but I’m almost done!

Animals are my passion and I love being able to work with and care for them. It brings me so much happiness to be able to provide the right care for them. Down the road, I would love to own a rehab center for wild animals. My favorite animal is the wolf, so one day I would love to care for them. Besides going to school, I love to spend time with my dog of course. I love taking her for hikes.
