How To Set Up Services

Prior to us ever entering your home to provide services, we require a complimentary meet and greet with you and your pets. This is a mandatory meeting to ensure we provide the most detailed care that we are known for. At the time of the meet and greet, Hilary will go over the completed paperwork that will be emailed to you prior to her arrival. She will conduct a walkthrough of your home and routine so we can keep your pets on their normal schedule(s).

What Days do Holiday Rates Apply?

*New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Invoicing & Payments

We have a very convenient invoicing process and send invoices out at the end of each month through Quickbooks online.

You may remit your payment through:

What Does It Mean To Be Insured and Bonded?

A Walk For All Seasons is a fully insured and bonded company that takes pride in caring for all types of animals including animals with medical issues. So why is it important to make sure your pet provider has insurance and is also bonded prior to them taking care of your home? While accidents do happen, having a company that is properly insured will make sure your pets and property are covered while contractors are in your residence. Our bonding also covers belongings that may go missing from the residence. With that being said, all of our contractors go through a mandatory background check before they are ever hired and enter any of our clients’ homes. You may always ask for the results of the background checks as well.
