Hi everyone! My name is Alex and I’m so excited to be joining the A Walk For All Seasons team! I have always been a huge animal lover and have had dogs and cats throughout my life, so it gives me a lot of joy to be able to help look after others’ furry family members. 

I grew up in Libertyville, IL and attended DePaul University for college, graduating in 2021 with a Communication Degree. Since graduating, I have been working remotely in research, traveling, and finding opportunities to interact with animals and nature. In addition to pet care, I am also an interview moderator for research projects.  

Over the past 8 years, I’ve lived in different neighborhoods in Chicago and recently relocated back to Libertyville. I live with my parents and two pets – a dog named Franny and a cat named Eddie. I affectionately call all my friends’ and family members’ pets my ‘nieces and nephews’. Growing up, we always had two dogs and one cat which has given me experience with different animal personalities and needs. I have looked after family members’ and friends’ pets and would love to be able to contribute to the wellness of others’ pets and help provide peace of mind to owners that need to spend a night away or someone trusted to check in on their pet.
